Root resorption of the adjacent tooth
Causing displacement of the adjacent teeth
Some cysts and tumours are diagnosed under routine examination.
How to diagnose cysts and tumours:
Dental cysts and tumours may extend to involve adjacent structures including bones, nerves, ducts, muscles, vessels, glands, and/or dentoalveolar structures. Extent of the lesion can be established by radiographs and CBCT.
